We are always going through issues. We are either in one right now, just finishing one, or are about to enter another. That’s life.
If someone were to ask you this question:
Are the issues you are going through right now issues of character or issues of competence?
What would you say?
Almost always, we are dealing with issues of character. And when we grow our character, we make it much easier for us to acquire the competence and consistency we need.
In this video, leadership expert Nathan Mellor discusses the issue of character as the foundation on which we build our competence and consistency.
