Prayer is Faith in Action

I woke up this morning to the thought that “Prayer is faith in action.”

Think about it.

Faith is vision. Faith is the ability to see a mental picture of a desired future and believe it as though it were already true today. Faith sees that reality now where others only see chaos.

For example, a good prayer for healing first sees a person healed through the eyes of faith (which is vision), then it proclaims what it sees to be true for the sick person and believes it with all its heart.

In that sense, praying is simply envisioning taken to another level.

Good prayer warriors are visionaries. They see things that others don’t and call things that be not as though there were.
